Brief Description of Research
1. Identify genomic abnormalities in cancers using deep nucleotide sequencing, SNP Chip analysis and shRNA library analysis.
2. Determine the biologic significance of these genomic abnormalities and to potentially identify therapeutic agents targeted against the products of these alterations.


1. Exome sequencing to determine novel mutations in leukemias, nasopharyngeal tumors, liposarcomas, pancreatic cancers, breast cancers and non-small cell lung cancers.
2. Discover Pathways Whose Inhibition Can Synergize with a PARP Inhibitor in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
3. Identification of drug response biomarkers in pancreatic cancer by synthetic lethality.
